Our friends Ban and Jan Capron have been married for 55 years! As if that isn't amazing enough, they are still very active in many areas/activities including sailing their their 27 foot sailboat. Ban love sailing so much he often goes out on the waters for an enjoyable evening by himself - he's 74. And he is all over that vessel getting it cast into the water, keeping the ropes straight and untangles and setting the sails. On our trip with him, when we were cruising right along, he was all over taking pictures of us being treated to a nice breeze on Lake Grapevine.
